| Investment Capitol needed to expand the Mighty Kite Line Company Description – Mighty Kite Crusader Club, LLC is a family owned business that designs, produces and sells the kite concept known as the Mighty Kite (MK). The mission of the Mighty Kite Crusader Club is to expand its product line to the toy, gift, kite and incentive markets throughout the world with a fun easy-to-fly, no assembly required, environmental friendly, hand made, pocket size kite at a reasonable price. We expect the Mighty Kite concept to be well known and thought of as a family oriented household brand name. The marketing objective is to establish broad channels of distribution for the Mighty Kite product line. Presently we successfully distribute and sell our “Basic” multi color diamond shape design, which continues to be well received by an enthusiastic public who purchase multiple units and return to purchase more. We have distributed and sold the MK to the general public and outlets through out the United States and in 50 other countries. The suggested retail price for the basic MK is $4.95 and has successfully been sold for more. Based on the ongoing successful market performance and sales of our “basic” Mighty Kite to the broad general public and the enthusiastic response we received from distributors and marketing professionals at the International Gift Shows and Toy Fairs it is time to produce our entire line of products. The Mighty Kite concept is an original idea. The MK is secured with 3 Utility Patents and the Trademarks and Copyrights are secure as well. Our Art & Design, R&D, and Quality Control Departments are excellent. We have produced large quantities of the basic MKs and our retail and wholesale sales trend, on a yearly basis, is in an affluence trend. Overseas production is assured and can deliver a high quality, high volume product for National and International distribution and sales. Our products are unique, in that they are family oriented and are accepted by all ethnic and age groups, as well as both genders. The nostalgia and memory of kite flying expressed by the public indicates our product line is suited for broad marketability, with its easy to carry pocket size and ease to fly. The MK concept can be marketed as an educational tool, in storybooks, as gift cards, a sport toy, as a business incentive, group fundraising or as a gift for special occasions (weddings, birthdays, company promotions, etc.) The potential application for the market place goes far beyond the above examples. |

| Investment Funding – Business Expansion Capital is needed to produce the Designer and Custom Mighty Kite lines. Mighty Kite Crusader Club is looking for a competent and savvy business individual or group to invest in and head up its expansion of business. We have requests from large retail companies for our product line, who indicate they will place large orders when our complete line is available. The Mighty Kite concept is designed to enter and permeate a market place that is void of such a product line. The overall market places in the U. S. generate 116 billion in sales annually. The market is poised and ready to receive our complete product line. Distributors and the public alike are waiting for our Designer and Custom line of Mighty Kites to be produced. The Designer and Custom MKs will retail for $6.95 and up. A limited number of Designer and Custom MKs were created and sold for $12.00 each. The MK concept is broad in scope and potentially far reaching based on the responses, thus we must be prepared to manufacture, distribute and sell one hundred million (100,000,000) MK within the next 3 to 5 years. To insure full production, marketing, promotional and distribution capability of the complete line of Custom and Designer MKs, one million ($3,000,000.00) is the optimum amount of investment and will receive 40 percent of the company. To get the basics started two hundred and fifty thousand ($250,000.00) as a minimum investment in exchange for 10 percent of the company.
